This would apply to just about any photo posted on the internet, even professional paid porn with model releases on file. Vintage porn from decades ago is still widely available. When you pose for the camera or appear naked in public, you relinquish any expectation of privacy. The photos here are simply examples that have found their way into viral distribution, perhaps beyond the subject's original intent and certainly beyond their control. The inspiration for this section began when I came upon a shot of twelve college-aged dudes posing in a public fountain in varying states of exposure. It bore a date stamp from 2003. Date-stamped Photos
I've never understood why anyone would want their photography defaced with date stamps, but lots of people do it. These two shots are dated 2003 and 2001, respectively.
Obviously, these photos are not going to disappear. What happens when these guys go out into the job market and their coworkers unearth their past? Admittedly, anyone browsing male nudes has no issue with male nudes. But there are no secrets and word gets around. People love to whisper. What happens if these guys get married? What happens when their offspring are old enough to troll the internet (nowadays that would be grade school)?
Street Scenes
These guys did not specifically pose for the photographer, but by appearing nude at a public event, they left themselves wide open (literally) to anyone who happened to have a camera. And at public events there are always cameras. The law does not require model releases for recognizable photos taken in a public setting.
In hindsight, was it such a good idea to strip down for the footrace? It might have been a thrill at the moment to masturbate for all lookers at a street fair. And what happens at Mardi Gras does not stay at Mardi Gras.
Strippers

It seems these are everywhere. We've all seen them. Get naked in front of a mirror and whip out your cell phone or digicam. Presumably, most mirror shots begin life intended for private usage, something to send to your girlfriend, something for that hot stranger you've met online, something just between friends. Think twice before you hit the "Send" button. Better yet, think twice before you hit the shutter button. Girlfriends become ex-girlfriends. Girlfriends become embittered ex-girlfriends. That guy online forwards your picture to a friend to show him the hot dude he's been chatting with. I've seen dozens and dozens of these, and not one has ever been sent to me directly by the originator.

Bear in mind there is a third person involved in each of these shots: the photographer. Each of these pairs was fully aware they were on camera.
Roofer

Miscellaneous Viral
There's got to be a story behind this one. Moral of story: Think before you get naked on the bus, especially if your coach-mate has his camera out. If you've got a nice build, that photo is going to get passed around. Forever.
